Refund & Cancellation Policy
At South Florida Sewing Studio, we carefully plan class sizes, instructor schedules, and studio availability to provide the best experience for every student. Because of this, all class purchases, memberships, studio rentals, and other services are non-refundable.
Classes

All class registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, cancellations, or no-shows.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request to reschedule your booking by emailing sew@southfloridasewingstudio.com at least 72 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Rescheduling requests received less than 72 hours before the class begins cannot be accommodated, and the class will be considered forfeited.

Rescheduled classes are subject to availability.
Memberships

All membership fees are non-refundable.

Memberships automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled.

To cancel a recurring membership, you must submit your cancellation request by emailing sew@southfloridasewingstudio.com at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment date.

Cancellation requests received fewer than 14 days before the next billing date may result in one additional membership payment before the cancellation takes effect.

Membership fees already paid are not refundable or prorated.
Studio Rentals & Events
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or rental, all studio rentals, workshops, private lessons, special events, and event tickets are non-refundable. Any approved rescheduling is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of South Florida Sewing Studio.
Exceptions
South Florida Sewing Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a class, students will be offered the option to:

Transfer to another available class date; or
-
Receive a full refund or studio credit for the canceled class.
