    • How to thread a sewing machine

    • Basic stitches including straight straight stitch, zig-zag, and buttonholes 

    • Different seam constructions 

    • Overview of the parts of a sewing machine 

    • Different types of presser feet

    • Things to look for when buying a sewing machine 

     


    PREREQUISTS: 

    • None! This an a beginner-friendly course


    SUPPLY LIST: 

    • All supplies and materials are included. 

    • Sewing machines and tools are provided, however if you wish to bring your own you can. 


    WHAT TO EXPECT: 

    Each class has a maximum of 12 students. 

    The class will start promptly at the designated time. Please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in.

    This is a fast-paced class to quickly learn get started with a sewing machine.
